  • Can I Modify Or Cancel My Order?

    Same-day order modification or cancellation is accepted, by sending an email to [email protected].


  • How Can I Refund My Order?

    Unfortunately, we don't accept refunds, exchange is only accepted.

  • How Can I Exchange My Order?

    Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

    You are advised to check carefully the products upon delivery.

    • Exchange is only accepted in person in our showroom, within 10 days. The original invoice must be presented.
    • Exchanged items must be in their original condition with all the tags and the original packaging.
    • Exchange is not accepted on furniture, upholstery and curtain fabrics.
