By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. 

SHIPPING POLICY

General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this case, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to choose another available product or to process a refund using the same payment method.

The product will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout and included in the invoice.

Delivery Time 

In general, shipments of local orders inside Lebanon are delivered within 10 business days. Delay may happen under unforeseen circumstances in the country.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

You are advised to check carefully the products upon delivery.

• Refund is not accepted.
• Exchange is only accepted in person in our showroom, within 10 days. The original invoice must be presented.
• Exchanged items must be in their original condition with all the tags and the original packaging.
• Exchange is not accepted on sofas, dining tables, side boards, upholstery and curtain fabrics.
